Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 clear days of receipt of the Products. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. You do not need to give reasons for your withdrawal.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Alternatively, you can complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement on our website. If you use this option, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you may return the product(s) purchased and request an exchange or refund without incurring any penalties.
The customer acknowledges that proof of withdrawal may be established by computer records of Société GRAJAGAN or its service provider. Once the right of withdrawal has been notified under the above conditions, the reimbursement to the customer of all or part of the order is conditional upon the physical return by the customer to Société GRAJAGAN of the items concerned in the order.
Items must be returned to the company GRJAGAN, at the address: FMS - GRAJAGAN - 48 Rue des Vanniers, 40150 Soorts-Hossegor (France), as soon as possible and no later than 14 (fourteen) days following the communication of his decision to withdraw.
If the Customer fails to return the items within the above-mentioned period, the Customer's withdrawal will be null and void, the sale will be deemed complete, the price will remain the property of GRAJAGAN and the product will remain the property of the Customer.
Before returning any items to GRAJAGAN, you must obtain a "Return Form" by contacting Customer Service. The "Return Form" will be sent to your e-mail address in the form of a printable PDF. This return slip will indicate the procedure to follow to return the item(s) (carrier to contact ....). Compliance with this procedure is imperative.
You are solely responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date the customer informs GRAJAGAN of his/her decision to cancel. Any return made after this period will not be taken into account. The "Return Form" must be attached to the returned items. Items are returned at the customer's risk to the address indicated on the "Return Form".
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Items must be returned complete, carefully packaged, in the original packaging, and accompanied by all documents, elements and accessories that were in the original packaging, in particular the plastic sleeve and label.
The customer is free to choose the method of shipment and whether or not to take out insurance in the event of loss, theft or destruction of the package. GRAJAGAN is not responsible for any of these costs, nor for the cost of transport, and cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of the customer's parcel. In general, all costs and risks related to the return of the product are the responsibility of the sender.
In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you.
Items returned to GRAJAGAN that do not comply with these conditions will be refused and will remain at the customer's disposal.
